Benz United Parts Return & Refund Policy

At Benz United Parts, we stand behind the Mercedes-Benz and AMG parts we sell. Our goal is to make your buying experience smooth and transparent so you can shop with confidence.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items can be returned even after 30 days if reported promptly.

When It’s Our Responsibility (No Restocking Fee + We Cover Shipping)

We fully cover returns in these cases:

  • The item arrives defective or damaged during shipping
  • We shipped the wrong part or the part does not fit as described
  • The item is not as described on our website

In these situations:

  • No 15% restocking fee
  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Full refund to your original payment method

Standard Returns (Change of Mind or Ordering Mistake)

  • A 15% restocking fee applies
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Performance tuning software and ECU tunes
  • Installed or modified parts (new or used)
  • Special order or final-sale items (clearly marked before purchase)

Important Conditions

  • All returns must be in original condition with all hardware and instructions included.
  • Installed or modified parts cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at benzunitedparts@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
  2. We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable service. (We’ll send a prepaid label if it’s our mistake.)
  4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
