We start with your OEM M157 turbo housings and rebuild them using upgraded internal components designed for significantly increased airflow and power. Each unit is precision-machined and high-speed VSR balanced to ensure smooth operation and reliability under high boost.

With a 54mm compressor wheel and a 53mm turbine wheel, this setup is optimized for high-output M157 builds that demand maximum airflow, efficiency, and top-end power — while retaining OEM-style fitment including factory mounting points and oil/coolant routing.

• Catless Downpipes: Reduce exhaust backpressure, improve turbo spool, and unlock the airflow these turbos are capable of.
• Aluminum Intake Tubes: Eliminate restrictive factory inlet piping and improve airflow into the turbos under high boost.
• Performance Radiator: Increase cooling capacity to manage heat under higher power levels and sustained load.

Note: Customers targeting higher boost and sustained performance should consider adding these upgrades during the turbo install to avoid bottlenecks and repeated labor costs.

Important: These turbos are designed exclusively for AMG M157 vehicles. Do not purchase if your vehicle is a 550 or non-AMG model. For non-AMG applications, please refer to our M278 Billet Turbo Upgrade.

Core Return & Core Deposit (Important)

This upgrade requires your factory turbo housings. A core deposit is required unless your stock turbos are sent to us in advance.

• Choose “Core Deposit” if you need to keep your car running during the build
• Choose “Send Cores in Advance” if you are shipping your turbos before work begins
• The core deposit is refunded once your stock turbos are received and approved

After placing your order, you will receive a follow-up email with shipping instructions and the core return address.

• Remove wastegate actuators before shipping
• Ship cores promptly to avoid processing delays
