Choose Your Compound
Most customers choose 1521 for daily driving or XP8 if they want one pad that can handle both street and track.
- 1521 – Refined and easy to live with. Quiet, low dust, and very rotor-friendly. Ideal for daily driving and spirited street use.
- AX6 – Noticeably more bite with a more aggressive feel. Great for hard street driving and autocross, with some added noise and dust.
- XP8 – A true track-day pad that’s still livable on the street. Strong bite, good cold response, and predictable feel, with increased dust and noise compared to street compounds.
- XP10 – Full track focus. Maximum stopping power for hard, repeated braking. Louder, dustier, and harder on rotors — best suited for experienced drivers.
As you move from 1521 to XP10, bite increases — along with noise, dust, and rotor wear. This tradeoff is normal for more aggressive compounds.
