What the Tune Alone Delivers
+73 HP and +47 lb-ft on an otherwise stock car
No pulley. No headers. No supporting mods. That is what the calibration alone is worth on a stock M113K — and it is still the starting point, not the ceiling.

Stacking Beyond the Tune
+73 HP from calibration alone tells you how much the factory left on the table. But the ECU is only half the restriction — the M113K is also boost-limited and airflow-limited straight from Affalterbach.
Change how much boost the blower makes, how much air gets in, and how easily exhaust gets out — then recalibrate around all of it — and the numbers climb again from there. A 70mm pulley on a fully supported, properly tuned car is worth over 100 RWHP on its own. Every one of those parts needs the calibration to be safe and usable, which is exactly why we tune around the build instead of selling a file off a shelf.
Step 1 — More Boost: Supercharger Pulleys
A smaller drive pulley spins the blower faster and raises boost. This is the single biggest power lever on the platform. We calibrate around whichever you choose.

Smaller pulleys also load the belt drive harder. See Step 5 — that part is not optional.
Step 2 — More Air In: Intake
The factory airbox and intake tract are the first restriction most M113K owners hit.
- M113K AMG Intake Filter Spacer Kit — complete kit with AEM DryFlow filters. The simplest meaningful airflow gain on the platform.
- Aluminum Intake Pipes — replaces the failure-prone factory plastic pipes with better-flowing aluminium.
- AEM DryFlow Filter Pair — high-flow filters on their own if you already run the spacer.
- 82mm Throttle Body Adapter Plate — opens the supercharger inlet for a larger throttle body. Worth up to 37 whp.
Step 3 — More Air Out: Headers
Two paths, and they are genuinely different decisions. Check the fitment row — the two kits cover different cars.

Step 4 — Fueling
Once you add boost, the factory injectors run out of headroom. We calibrate to whichever set you run.
- 550cc Fuel Injectors — supports a moderate pulley step.
- 630cc Fuel Injectors — for aggressive pulley setups and E85-capable builds.
Step 5 — Keeping the Belt On
More boost means more belt load, and a slipping belt costs you the boost you just paid for. On a 76mm or smaller this is required, not optional.
- AMG Belt Wrap Kit — increases belt wrap to stop supercharger slip under load.
- 55K AMG 3-Piece Idler Pulley Set — replaces a known M113K failure point.
- Mini Idler Pulley — CNC billet, adds belt wrap on the blower pulley.
- OEM Nachi Supercharger Pulley Bearing — cheap insurance against expensive damage.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much power will I actually gain?
+73 HP and +47 lb-ft from the tune alone on an otherwise stock car — no pulley, no headers, no supporting mods. From there the hardware stacks: a 76mm pulley is worth 50–55 RWHP on its own, and a fully supported 70mm build clears 100 RWHP over stock. Send us your planned build and we'll give you a realistic target rather than a marketing number.
Which pulley should I start with?
If the car is otherwise stock, the 83mm is the safe entry — roughly +2.5 PSI with no supporting changes needed. The 76mm is where most builds land and is worth 50–55 RWHP, but plan on a longer belt, upgraded cooling and a tune. The 70mm is the smallest the factory blower accepts without modification and needs fueling, cooling and belt-drive support to be worth doing. Tell us your target and we'll point you at the right one.
Should I tune first or add bolt-ons first?
Either order works, but the calibration should always come after the hardware is on the car. If you plan to add a pulley or headers soon, tell us up front — we'd rather write one file around the finished build than tune it twice.
Shorty or mid-length headers?
Shorty log style headers retain your factory catalytic converters and OEM-style O2 sensor placement, so they're the bolt-on choice if you want to keep the car emissions-friendly. Mid-length headers remove the factory cats, flow considerably better, and require welding plus a tune. Check the fitment row above — the shorty kit covers fewer cars than the mid-length kit.
Do I need to send my ECU in?
No. This is a remote flash — the programmer ships to you with instructions and you flash the car in your own garage. No ECU removal, no shipping your car anywhere.
Is this a generic file or built for my car?
Built for your car. Every map is developed around your specific setup — pulley ratio, supporting mods, fuel quality, and cooling. You provide those details after ordering.
Is it safe for a daily driver?
Yes. Boost, AFR, ignition, and torque management are calibrated for reliability at elevated power. It's intended for daily driving, canyon runs, or the strip.
What if it needs adjusting after I drive it?
Included — you get 6 months of direct tuning support and revisions. Drive it, tell us how it feels, and we refine the file.
Which cars does this cover?
M113K 5.4L supercharged V8 only: E55 AMG (2003–2006), CLS55 AMG (2005–2006), SL55 AMG (2003–2008), S55 AMG RWD (2003–2006), CL55 AMG (2003–2006), and G55 AMG (2005–2008). This calibration is for the supercharged Kompressor engine — it is not the same file as a naturally aspirated M113.
