The factory M157 cooling system shares coolant between the engine and the water-to-air intercoolers. Under load this transfers heat into the charge-air circuit, raising intake temperatures and limiting consistent power delivery.

This Split Cooling Kit isolates the intercooler circuit from the main engine coolant loop. By separating the two systems you reduce heat transfer and heat soak, delivering lower and more stable intake air temperatures (typically a 7–10° reduction). The result is more consistent maximum power output during repeated pulls, track sessions, or hot-weather driving.

The kit includes all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation. Designed specifically for the M157 5.5L BiTurbo V8.
