If your turbochargers arrive with wastegates fitted, do not use the supplied wastegate units — their condition and calibration are not guaranteed. Reuse your factory wastegates for known, reliable operation.

What These Turbos Need

Tuning is required; the factory calibration has no strategy for these turbos. The rest controls heat and airflow so the turbos deliver what they are capable of.

• Custom ECU tune — required.
• Exhaust: catless downpipes — removes the main restriction after the turbos.
• Cooling: CSF 8187 auxiliary radiators and the Wagner intercooler kit.
• Intake: cold air intake kit or BMC high-flow panel filters.
• Boost control: GFB DV+ diverter valve and VTA / BOV adapters.
