How It Works + Why the Baffle Matters

The M177’s water-to-air intercoolers are cooled by a separate low-temperature circuit that quickly becomes heat-soaked under boost. The upgraded auxiliary heat exchanger adds cooling surface area, while the carbon baffle channels high-pressure cool outside air directly into the core — the critical piece most kits miss.

Note: This kit cools the intercooler coolant circuit (which supports lower IATs). It is not a direct air-to-air intercooler.
