This is the W221 / C216 long tube. The C63 / E63 / CLS63 version is a different part. We do not currently offer a shorty header for the S63 / CL63 — browse all M156 parts.
You will likely need: O2 sensor extension harness
Long tubes move the rear (post-cat) oxygen sensors well away from the factory harness. Our 24″ O2 sensor extension harness covers the gap with no cutting or splicing. You will need two. Far cheaper to add now than to put the car back on the lift.
